Please familiarize yourself with the following tips and information to make this process easier for yourself and our office.

• Know the policies set by your insurance company
• Please present your insurance card at each visit so we can bill your insurance claim correctly
• Payment is expected at the time of service for co-pays, deductibles, and any other fees acquired from your child’s visit
• Monthly statements will be sent to inform you of any outstanding balance
• Avoid collection fees by paying your bills on time

Should your insurance or personal information change in any way, please contact our office to update as soon as possible.
